#80 正念走路五分鐘，走起路來更有趣 走路很健康，但單純走路又很單調？來試試看正念走路，強健身體的同時，也強健心靈。
你有注意過自己是怎麼走路的嗎？有人喜歡邊走邊聊天，邊聽音樂或滑手機，不過你也因為注意力在別處，許多美好可能就錯過了。
正念走路讓你注意到身旁的事物，以及自己的身體動作與感受。走起路來除了覺察更多從沒注意過的小事情，也讓走路更加有趣。
正念走路又被稱為走路禪（walking meditation），就如靜坐一樣，方便又簡單。不需要健身器材，在室內室外都可以。
現在找一個你喜歡的空間，最好是安靜的環境，不管是在大自然當中，還是房間或走廊，正念走路你可以隨時執行。
