Liberating Beauty explores the liberating qualities of beauty - how it enlivens new possibilities, renews a quiet joyfulness, and connects us across space and time. Through reflection and conversation with inspiring creatives, everyday alchemists, and stewards of tenderness, we’ll discover how beauty shifts our orientation to life, grief, and identity. In an era clouded by stories of separation and divisiveness, a narrative of beauty has never been more vital.
Homecoming: Where Neurodiversity, Spirituality & Creativity Meet
In her most impassioned episode to date, Rebecca explores the powerful intersection of neurodiversity, spirituality, and creativity. She invites all of us - whatever our neurology - to honor the places in ourselves that are most sensitive and porous. Rather than treating these traits as problems to be solved, Rebecca reframes our perceptual openness as deeply spiritual, capable of being with the unraveling of this moment while creating into the possibilities of tomorrow.
Moving beyond clinical labels and standard accommodations, this episode is a call to reclaim our creative capacity and delight in what happens when we stop pathologizing different ways of being for the benefit of us all.

Loving Reality as It Is
What if the greatest freedom available to us is found in being with reality as it is, rather than the way we wish it would be? On the surface, it seems counterintuitive - as if we are giving up or resigning ourselves to whatever circumstances life throws at us. But when we zoom out, being with reality is about seeing our circumstances for what they actually are, making conscious choices, and opening to the new possibilities (and sometimes loss) that come with deciding how to engage with life on our own terms.

Untangling Intuition From Our Stories
When a sudden flash of intuition hits, it rarely comes with the full story attached. But when we’re in a hard season, our minds can struggle with an open loop. We rush to make meaning, spinning fear-based stories that reflect the limits of our imagination.
In this week's episode, Rebecca explores the graceful untangling of pure intuition from the noise of our own narratives. Looking back on a confusing insight that surfaced during a particularly heavy season two years ago, she reflects from a very different vantage point: celebrating a birthday milestone in her favorite corner of the world. It’s a gentle reminder that we don't have to force meaning onto things that will naturally reveal themselves in time.
