and y’all, I’ve been celibate for a year before - this was different.
This was cleaning up my energy field in a big way - closing loops big or small that were leaking my energy.
Going in and meeting what was deeper any time there was a compulsion (to text, to flirt, desire to hang out, to check if they saw my stories (yes, I see you 👀))
Getting so good at saying No thank you, and choosing myself.
Gaining crystal clarity on who I am.
Illuminating all of the ways I was distracted from my purpose. My no-man cleanse became a full-on dopamine cleanse and I realized other addictions that kept me small and out of my power (like social media, food, phone).
Every impulse, unhelpful habit, & misstep was a grand opportunity to come back home to ME.
In that return of energy, I came home to big soul visions that matter - I was just numbing because of their bigness.
This journey has brought me closer to God than ever.
What a treasure. To be this changed woman - on a spiritual, cellular, and emotional level.
This re-set was not just a detox. It was a reclamation of wholeness.
