My story, my experience of COVID-19 in Second Wave where I came back from almost being dead and got second life.

It is an attempt to inspire and motivate everyone so that they know that no matter what happens, you can always come back and be better than before..

So, there are many stories which get lost in time. Health issues, failures in personal life, in professional life, setbacks in career, etc. Aur ye kahani hume pata honi chahiya, for the inspiration part of it... not for the depression and sad part of it..
Kaise log koi bhi situation se ubharkar aate hai aur better than before bante hai...

Chapter 6 - The Action
Welcome to the 6th and final episode. Ye meri is kahani ka last episode hai.
Kyon ki move on hone ke baad action hi leni padti hai aage Jane ke liye.
Mere kuch experience hai, jo mai aaj bhi yaad karta hoon toh motivate ho ke aage jane ki taraf focus karta hoon. Jo ho gaya so toh ho gaya.. ab action lena hai aur aage jana hai. Khud ko mentally aur physically better banana hai.. aur banate rahana hai.
Dosto agar aap ke paas bhi aisi koi kahani hai, toh mujhe email kare.. mai agle season may ek episode banake wo sunana chaunga..

Chapter 5 - Moving On
This episode is about moving on. Move on karne ke liye hume pahile accept karna jaruri hai jo hua usse. Jo hua so hua. Hum kuch nahi kar sakte. Lekin hum aaj kuch kar sakte. Aage jarur ja sakte.. aur isilye move on karna jarur, kyon ki aane wala kaal hume better banana hai.. aane wala kaal aaj se better hona chahiye.
I remember this incident just to remind me to keep fighting. Keep going forward. Not let ego come. Keep my feet grounded. Give me positive motivation. Keep me inspired. Chahe jo ho jaye hum Bahar aa sakte hai. Hum kisibhi situation se jeet ke aage ja sakte hai.
Meri request hai. Ki aap aapni kahani mujhe bheje. Ya aapke kisi relative ya dost ki kahani.. jo aapko lagta hai ki kisi ko inspire ya motivate kar sakti hai, toh mujhe jajrur bheje.

Chapter 4 - Process and The Healing
Fir ek bar mera experience, meri kahani. Sahayad mera most emotional aur vulnerable episode hai ye. Kase har process important hoti hai. Process se jana padta aur kase har choti cheez bhi tumhe kuch sikhati hai.. heal karti hai.. mental health, emotional health bhi equally important hai dosto.
Is episode so maine mere 2-3 experience share kiya.. wo experience toh mai kabhi nahibhulunga.. jo mujhe zindagi bhar ke liye kuch sikha gaye.

You don't get to have second chances easily. You go through many things, tragedy, and you cone out by hanging on to the slightest of hope. Fighting for the hope.
Basically, no matter what, you must never lose hope..
Things will happen when they have to and you can beat any situation..

Mai aisa kyon bolta hoon.. jo meri story hai, jo maine feel kiya, meri life khaatam hui aur firse second life start hui.. ye wo story hai.
What it means to get a second chance and try and make full use of it.. to be better.. to be worth it..
