Gratitude Guided Meditation | Originally Recorded Live
Welcome, and thank you for being here.
This guided meditation was originally recorded live during a meditation session I hosted on Twitter (now X) a few years ago. It has continued to be one of my favorite recordings, and after hearing how much it resonated with both me and others, I wanted to give it a permanent home here on the podcast.
I’ve decided to share the original recording just as it was. The first couple of minutes are gentle music to give you time to get comfortable, settle into the present moment, and prepare for the meditation. If you’re ready to begin right away, feel free to skip ahead about two minutes.
Whether you’re navigating a difficult season or simply looking to reconnect with yourself, I hope this meditation leaves you feeling a little lighter, a little more grounded, and reminded of the beauty that still exists within and around you.
