The In-Between
Do you feel like your growth has plateaued? Like you haven’t done anything "amazing" or reached any of your goals? You're not alone. For the past couple of months, I've felt unaccomplished, just going through the motions. No big news, no big goals, no major projects. Just living, and that's okay.
Here's a reminder to keep pursuing your purposeful vision, even if it's just one step at a time. Because it's about the process, the in-between, that matters.

You're EXACTLY Where You Need To Be.
2023 is ending and it's easy to feel behind and unfulfilled. Maybe you didn't meet the goals you've set for yourself, feeling tired and drained. Maybe you feel behind and aren't where you were hoping to be...
Truth is, you're exactly where you need to be. Stay present, count your blessings, and enjoy the moment. Everything is going to work out. Trust.
Matthew 6:34 “Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble."

We live in a society of wanting more, and believe we won't be happy until we get it. That mindset will leave us miserable and unmotivated. Summer's almost over... GET BACK IN FOCUS.
The past three months flew by... it's time to reflect.
Have you been intentional? Grounded? The higher YOU? It's normal to get caught up in the moment, and to push your values/standards/boundaries to the side; what matters is being aware and realigning yourself back into focus. In this late-night-talk session, Host Angelina shares her lack of 'groundness' and reflects on getting back into focus.
Let's reflect together: intentional time to get YOURSELF back to YOU.

Change Your Life with GRATITUDE
Want to become attractive? A magnet drawing in blessings and prosperity? You need to have GRATITUDE.

WHO ARE YOU? Stay Grounded in Your Values.
With seasons and life constantly changing, it’s natural to act ‘out of character’ and to lose focus. To regain that focus and come back to who we are, we MUST know and stay grounded in our values and religion.
In tonight’s chat, host Angelina shares how this new (hot girl summer??) season distracted her, bringing her to a state of confusion and anxiety; however, understanding and staying grounded to her values allows her to reclaim her essence and control.
Religion “gives meaning and purpose to life, reinforces social unity and stability, serves as an agent of social control, promotes psychological and physical well-being..” (PressBooks (https://pressbooks.howardcc.edu/soci101/chapter/17-3-sociological-perspectives-on-religion/#:~:text=Religion%20ideally%20serves%20several%20functions,work%20for%20positive%20social%20change)).
Who are YOU? What do YOU believe in? What values/morals do YOU hold? Take this time to reflect and become deliberate so you can stop losing yourself.
Let's normalize talking about religion. It should not be controversial.
Thank you for listening, I appreciate you!

Why You Were Unhappy in 2021
To take control of our own happiness and feel true fulfillment, tune in to this episode to recognize WHY you didn't feel your best happiest self in 2021. Host Angelina discusses six reasons why we aren't truly happy with where and who we are. Listen today to start leveling up and becoming your best self for 2022.
Disclaimer: All discussion/reasons are based on what I learned in classes managed by licensed professors at the UMN. I have applied these factors to my own life and have grown so much happier mentally and emotionally, and felt empowered to share it to all of you. Partaking in any of these [possible] reasons do NOT mean you are unhappy/unfulfilled, and not engaging in these activities do NOT mean you are happy/fulfilled. These reasons are general reasons and you must analyze your own level of happiness/fulfillment. I'm not a professional trying to identify you, but a friend/sister trying to help you understand yourself with general reasons why you MAY be unhappy.
**The definition of unhappiness/unfulfillment in this episode is NOT referring to depression or any mental disorder.**
