Send us Fan Mail Toxic environments can really affect someone’s mental health. Whether if it’s your own family. Your friends, or even your work environment. Be are trained to think that we have to deal with it. That it’s ok to allow family to be ugly towards you because that’s how they show love. It’s ok to acknowledge. That every single one of those are not good. It’s ok to put a stop to it and make different decisions than what you are used to. I struggle with the same with my family....
