Life
John 6:63 NLTThe Spirit alone gives eternal life. Human effort accomplishes nothing. And the very words I have spoken to you are spirit and life.
Humanity was created to live dependent upon God. Success, peace, fulfillment, purpose, all things good are driven by, obtained through, and sustained only secondarily to our acknowledgment of and relationship with God. Otherwise, the pursuit of those things will always end up in (1) constant pursuit of more, (2) despair, (3) disappointment, or (4) abuse.

The Role of the Husband
From a biblical perspective, the husband is called to be the spiritual leader and servant-protector of his family. Rooted in Ephesians 5, he is to love his wife sacrificially—as Christ loved the church—placing her needs above his own. This leadership is not about dominance, but about humble service, provision, and creating an environment where his wife and children can flourish. The husband is tasked with leading his family in faith, making decisions with wisdom and prayer, and modeling Christ-like character. He bears the responsibility of providing for and protecting his household, while honoring his wife as a co-heir in God's grace. Biblical manhood calls husbands to lay down their lives daily, leading with love, integrity, and unwavering commitment to God's design for marriage and family.
