This is a very informal intro to meditation podcast. I promise to keep it extremely honest, while not taking things too seriously. These are guided meditations and loose chats about life, spirituality, the absolute state of the world, and how we might find even a tiny bit of peace, in between the chaos and insanity of this moment in time.
Some of the episodes will be more direct meditation focussed, and some of them will be more me chatting. What I promise not to do, is to say “Imagine yourself in a lovely green field”, in a posh British accent.
A lovely light question to delve into midweek in the midst of the madness all around us. I’ve always been drawn to death, not in a morbid fascination kind of way, but more so in a, there has to be something else beyond this world kind of way.
So this is what I discuss on this episode. Dipping in and out of my tiny grasp at large concepts like Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism, the Law of One, Psychedelics, and just generally what the hell is going on with this realm and the ones beyond.

Palestine - The Tragedy That Will Awaken Us All
Palestine - The Tragedy That Will Awaken Us All
If you care about Palestine, this podcast is dedicated to you. If you don’t care about Palestine, this podcast is for you.
This is not just about this specific conflict, but about how the systems of imperialism, propaganda and colonialism have shaped our minds and our hearts since before we were born.
Never has it been more clear that the fight is not one country versus another, but the fight is regular people from the poor to the middle class vs the systems of control which siphon off all of our resources, and keep us from our true nature.
The same systems which drive immigration, are the same systems which drive hatred of the immigrant. The same systems, and even the same type of person, which drove Ireland to a famine and killed a million people, are the same systems which have tortured and kept prisoner the people of Palestine from the 1900s until now.
It’s not about Judaism, it’s not even about Israelis. They themselves are victims of this also. It is about how colonialism, and this need to dominate, is the cause of all the suffering in the world.
I am not an expert, just an Irish person speaking from the heart, so please listen with an open mind.

Episode 7: Why Are We Here?
Why are we here? What is our purpose on this realm of eternal torment? What’s the story with those food influencers who make a point of staring into the camera as they take a bite of whatever that thing is, and then chew really loudly until it makes you feel like the only thing left to do, is to put all your belongings in storage and move somewhere on the globe where the smart phone isn’t as widespread yet.
But this week’s episode is about that very thing. Why are we here? What is life? What is the afterlife? The big Micka size questions. What is God? and why the hell did the Catholic Church ruin spirituality for all of Ireland?
For me I’ve been flat out and bet into figuring out what is going on here for a long long time. I think some people don’t really care, and I am jealous of those people. My whole life has been one big Easter egg hunt, except instead of creme eggs inside, there’s just different drugs and deities. But they only ever speak in tongues, so I never really figure anything out.
I do genuinely feel though, that every day another piece of the puzzle comes together, in this great unravelling that we call life. The search for spirituality seems to be less about learning, and more about remembering.
Fear seems to be the barrier that keeps us from our true selves. Which makes it funny when you see that fear is all they seem to push in the news.
Enjoy and love yis.

Episode 6 Existing With ADHD (Part 2)
Part 2 of the ADHD Podcast. I talk about how far this disorder can drive you to chase achievement for the wrong reasons in order to prove to yourself that you are enough, and that you are not ‘lazy’
It was very emotional going over the journey I have had in music, and also very healing to put at least some of those burnouts and mistakes down to existing with this neurodiversity.
Thanks to everyone for listening and for all the lovely messages. It’s been eye opening to see how many people are suffering and benefiting from this,
Huge love.

Episode 5: Existing With ADHD (Part 1)
For all my ADHD gang affiliates out there. Diagnosed and undiagnosed. I just recorded a 2 part series about what life is like with ADHD.
I struggled in many different ways until I was diagnosed around a year and a half ago. In this 2 (maybe 3 part series) I’ll go through all of the symptoms, and how they manifested in my life, in the hope that other people can also relate to it.
So if you are a person who thinks you have some symptoms of ADHD and are interested in more information, or if you’re already diagnosed, or even if you have a family member or close one with this condition, this series might apply to you.
This is my favourite one I’ve done yet. I laughed, I nearly cried, and it all felt very healing.

Episode 4: What It’s Really Like to Give Up Alcohol
Ireland might be pound for pound the hardest place in the world to give up drinking. I wanted to do an episode based around my experiences over the last 2 years and 10 months. The good, the bad, and the mad things that I wasn’t expecting.

Meditation: For People Who Feel Sad About the Way the World Is
This is a specific meditation for people who feel sad about the current state of the world. I have noticed that at the moment, the global mental health is seemingly at an all time low. I cannot remember a time, even during global planetary events, where people seemed to be struggling as much as they are now. I wanted to make a specific meditation to pay respect and to acknowledge that, but also to let people know that they are not alone.

Episode 3: War on Spirit
When we are lied to about innocent human lives being taken. What is the spiritual cost of this? What is really happening? And what is the cost of global gaslighting on our souls?
In this episode I explore some narratives involving world events, and how they have been manipulated to bring us away from the truth.
I also speak about why it’s important to protect ourselves, and our mental and spiritual health, inside of all of this chaos.

Episode 2: For Parents of Children with Additional Needs (And Everyone Else)
I set out to make an episode especially for parents of children with additional needs. My intention was to share my own journey with it. Firstly, because it’s just not something that gets spoken about it a lot. And secondly, because I think it’s rare that we get to look at these things also from a spiritual perspective.
What ended up happening was that I think I ended up speaking mostly to myself. Which ended up being incredibly healing and I cried a lot (good tears) while listening back to it.
Being a parent of an additional needs child is an incredibly humbling journey. The ups will take you to the highs of the highest peeks of elation, and the downs will take you to the bottom of the deepest caverns of your soul. It’s the most worthwhile thing I’ve ever been a part of, and it woke me in a way that nothing else ever could.
This is not exclusively for these parents. I think everyone could get something from it, because everyone has either a family member, or a friend, or a son or daughter with autism, or some other life changing difference.
Neurodivergent people themselves will hopefully get something from it as well.
I am so grateful that I found this new avenue to share my feelings, thoughts and opinions with the world. I do not take it for granted as I spend a lot of time on my own, and to be able to communicate with people is something that genuinely makes me happy.
Peace and love

Episode 1: Meditation is a Radical Act (Forest Walk)
A walk through the forest. Discussing how going inward and meditating can be a radical act these days. In a world that’s consistently trying to steal our attention, hijack our emotions, and keep us living in fear, meditation is an act of protest.
Grateful to you for listening.

Meditation: Peace from the Thought Loop
A meditation on finding peace from the consistent thought loop that keeps us trapped in suffering. Bit too much of a chatterbox in this one but I’ll find my feet with it.
