ep04-陪伴是最美的禮物-想想給自己的禮物
<p>這一集的文字內容: <br />在高齡化及少子化之現實情況下，不僅青年需肩負上、下兩代依賴人口的經濟壓力，還要面臨照顧人力需求不足的問題，學齡前兒童的幼兒托顧，以及有愈來愈多的亞健康年長者，以及老化的身障者欠缺陪伴人手，都會讓照顧者與被照顧者，失去生活樂趣並產生情緒障礙，無所適從，已至花甲之年的林想想本人也是如此。 <br /> <br />原本有一份很穩定的工作，也有一個堪稱幸福美滿的家庭，但仍難逃子女婚姻破碎，年幼孫子和屢次出入開刀病房的高齡父母都急需陪伴與照顧，於是下定決心提早離開職場，開始不斷學習如何當好一位照顧者及陪伴者的角色，陪伴，陪伴，絕對不是無所事事的待在另一人身旁，照顧，更不只是為照護身體疾病而為的勞務，優質的陪伴與照顧是需要學習的。 <br /> <br />近年來，自經歷過高齡母親憂鬱尋死、子女遭受家暴後離異，幼孫在校被特殊關注，以及手足離癌等事故之後，就不斷去摸索、嘗試各種陪伴與照顧方法，亦曾完全待在家中寸步不離完全順應母親各種要求，甚至去求拜名師學幾招小魔術想讓家人開心，卻仍無法改變現狀，最後讓自己沮喪灰心難過至極點，直到跟雪珍老師學習斜槓技巧，開設臉書以文會友，又跟荊生老師學習愛的四道，尤其於去年4月父親突然離世，來不及跟他老人家好好道謝、道歉、道愛及道別時，才深刻體會到愛，一定要及時表達出來，否則真的會滿心歉疚，遺憾終生。 <br /> <br />過去曾許下錄製文章語音播放給病床上父親聆聽之心願，卻因各種原因而未能實踐，在2024年的第一天，期許自己可以將林想想學陪伴的經驗及見聞，分享給有緣的聽友，在此感謝新莊社大，以及程俊憲老師的指導，讓我終於開臺實現願望，雖然剛開始在音質、配樂及內容上仍有太多改進的地方，但俊憲老師說過，先求有再求好，我會繼續努力，今天這集節目，就是送給自己的新年禮物，林想想，加油！ <br /> <a href="https://open.firstory.me/user/cklk7h0ab68v00878ct1c1yqg/comments" target="_blank">https://open.firstory.me/user/cklk7h0ab68v00878ct1c1yqg/comments</a> <br />fb:</p> <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me">Firstory Hosting</a>
