<p>L’histoire de Catheline chez Little Green House ressemble un peu à une carte de Genève : Perly, Versoix , Troinex,… et autant d’équipes, de routines et de rencontres sur le chemin.</p><p>Au fil des années, elle est passée par plusieurs crèches Little Green House, rejoignant des équipes, des routines, des groupes et des bureaux partout où l’on avait besoin d’elle. Dans cet épisode, elle rejoint Barbara pour parler du chemin qui l’a menée vers la petite enfance, du hasard qui l’a amenée en Suisse, et de ce qui se passe quand votre zone de confort se met soudainement à parler anglais (ou franglais ?).</p><p>Elles parlent des différences entre la petite enfance en France et en Suisse. De ces équipes de remplacement largement sous-estimées. De ce qui fait réellement qu’on se sent bien dans son travail. #23 Laurette Osango : du terrain de foot à la crèche – faire confiance pour progresser ensemble
