Live In Joy is your space for uplifting conversations that nourish the mind, body, and spirit. Hosted by Sharon of Live In Joy Yoga & Wellness in Audubon, NJ, this podcast explores yoga, Ayurveda, manifestation, and simple high-vibe practices for joyful living. You’ll also find topics that tickle the brain—ideas to spark curiosity, expand awareness, and enhance consciousness. Along the way, inspiring voices from our spiritual community share their wisdom and offerings. Whether you’re seeking balance, inspiration, or a reminder to slow down, Live In Joy guides you back to your inner light.
What does it really mean to heal from past experiences? How do we know when something no longer has the same hold on us, and why does our body sometimes react before our brain catches up?
In this episode of the Live In Joy Podcast, we explore learned fear, the connection between the mind and body, and the many ways we process difficult experiences. Through personal stories and a blend of psychological and spiritual perspectives, we’ll consider how to recognize when the past is still affecting us, explore what healing can look like, and reflect on the possibility of moving forward without letting old experiences define our future.
This isn’t about comparing experiences or putting a timeline on healing. It’s about curiosity, self-awareness, and discovering what helps us feel freer and more fully present in our lives.

The Awe Interruption
What if a tiny moment of awe could change the way you experience the rest of your day?
In this short, high-vibe episode of the Live In Joy Podcast, I’m exploring the surprising power of awe and what happens when you allow yourself to pause long enough to actually notice it. A beautiful, unexpected moment in my own day got me thinking about awe. I’m sharing what I discovered, what happened during my own little awe interruption, and why I think we might all benefit from paying a little more attention to these moments.
Maybe we just need a little Awe Interruption. Vibe high and live in joy!

Get On The List!
What if one of the most important commitments you can make is a commitment to yourself?
A recent conversation with a close friend got me thinking about those words: “I need to commit to myself.” She spends her days encouraging others to prioritize their health and well-being, yet she realized that her own busy life and demanding job had left very little room for herself.
It made me look at my own life too. There will always be responsibilities. There will always be something else to do. The question is: are you on your own list?
In this episode, we're talking about what it really means to commit to yourself, why taking time for yourself doesn't make you selfish, and how even 20 minutes can become an act of self-commitment.
Your challenge this week: make one appointment with yourself and keep it.
