[…] Well, I'd love to pay the same price as the data centres. And every old age pensioner in the country should be billed for electricity at the same price as the data centres pay. That will go a long way to helping the old age pensioners with the ESB bill this winter. We're being forced to pay 40 cents, and if you're on a meter, a pay-to-go meter, it's heading up on 50 cents a unit for electricity, while the DAH centres are getting electricity at 15 cents a unit. Now, that's not fair. That's discrimination to the Irish people in favour of the big corporations who own these DAH centres. And it's the government policy to build these DAH centres, and then we are actually subsidising their electricity. […]
