DUB: Becca Machost
Join us as AB talks with Becca Machost (she/her), LCSW, NMIT (Natural Medicine Integration and Therapy Facilitator in training), yoga teacher, and Women's Guidance Facilitator, she cultivates connections in her life based on vulnerability and authenticity which allows her to show up as her full self. Becca talks about checking in with her own nervous system to see what her capacity looks like before entering into hard conversations.
As a Divinely Unique Being, Becca trusts that the Universe does have her back for the greatest good as she is navigating her fears and is empowered by following through with action in living her purpose. Her hardships have become her biggest strengths and taught her the wisdom of what truly matters.
