Divine Mercy and The Power of Reconciliation
Divine Mercy Sunday, Personalized Prayer, and Reconciliation | Living in the Heart of the Most Holy TrinityRear Admiral Garry Hall hosts with substitute co-host Rear Admiral Sonny Maso while Father Kelleher is on pilgrimage in Europe. They discuss their daily Catholic prayer routines, including gratitude, the Hallow app, and daily Mass, and emphasize thanking God rather than only asking for favors. Sonny explains personalizing the Divine Mercy Chaplet by praying for specific deceased loved ones, and Garry shares a prayer habit inspired by Chaplain Don denDulk that focuses on asking to be “a loving” father, husband, and friend rather than “better” or “more.” They pray a Holy Spirit invocation together, reflect on Divine Mercy Sunday, Jesus appearing in the locked room and offering peace, and the importance of confession and reconciliation, including Catholic teachings on priestly absolution and evangelization.00:00 Welcome and Introductions01:09 Morning Prayer Routine02:54 Personalizing Divine Mercy05:47 Chaplain Wisdom on Loving09:10 Prayer to the Holy Spirit10:38 Divine Mercy Sunday Explained14:16 Gospel Reflections and Cana18:01 Evangelizing Mary and Confession24:13 Humility and Senior Leadership26:56 Closing Blessing and Farewell

Journey of Faith: Insights from Two Rear Admirals
Two Navy Rear Admirals on Lent, the Triduum, the Rosary, and the Holy SpiritCo-host Rear Admiral Garry Hall fills in for Fr. James Kelleher, away on pilgrimage in Europe, and welcomes guest host Rear Admiral Sonny Masso; both share their journeys from Lutheranism into the Catholic Church. They reflect on taking Lent seriously as a reset of the heart, highlight Isaiah 6:8, and discuss fully participating in the Holy Triduum—Holy Thursday’s Eucharist and adoration, Good Friday’s Passion, and the Easter Vigil with multiple readings, baptisms, confirmations, and people entering the Church. They pray Fr. Kelleher’s Holy Spirit prayer and emphasize active Catholic faith, including a push to make Catholic schools “rosary schools” by praying one decade of a scripture rosary daily. The conversation covers Marian devotion versus worship, the Wedding at Cana, reconciliation, and stories of grace, including St. Francis de Sales and personal experiences of spiritual consolation.00:00 Welcome and Guest Host00:57 From Lutheran to Catholic02:27 Lent and Isaiah Call04:28 Holy Thursday Adoration07:51 Good Friday and Vigil09:15 Holy Spirit Prayer11:01 Rosary Schools Mission13:20 Mary and Cana Story17:47 Desert Temptation and Confession19:42 St Francis de Sales Mercy23:13 Holy Spirit Guidance and Confirmation25:19 Personal Encounters and Closing
