In this episode of Walk in Truth, Pastor Michael Lantz continues the study in Ephesians with a teaching titled “Be Angry and Do Not Sin,” based on Ephesians 4:25–27. Paul gives practical instruction for how Christians should live in their relationships with others, calling believers to put away falsehood, speak truthfully, and recognize that they are members of one another. He also addresses anger, explaining that while anger itself is not always sinful, it must not lead us into sin or be allowed to linger and create an opportunity for the devil. These verses challenge us to take responsibility for our words, attitudes, and responses when conflict arises. Following Christ means dealing honestly with others, addressing anger in a godly way, and pursuing relationships that reflect the truth and grace of God. As Pastor Michael unpacks this passage, you’ll be encouraged to examine how you handle frustration and disagreements and to consider how your choices affect others. This teaching will help equip you to walk through life as a Christian with greater self-control, honesty, and a desire to honor God in your relationships.

Growing Up and Building Up - Part 3
In this episode of Walk in Truth, Pastor Michael Lantz continues the study in Ephesians with a teaching titled “Growing Up and Building Up,” based on Ephesians 4:11–16. Paul explains that Christ gives leaders to the church to equip believers for ministry and build up the body of Christ. God’s desire is for His people to grow in spiritual maturity, develop a deeper understanding of the truth, and become less vulnerable to false teaching and deception. Rather than remaining spiritually immature, believers are called to speak the truth in love and grow in every way into Christ, who is the head of the church. As each member does its part, the whole body grows and builds itself up in love. Pastor Michael walks through these verses to help us understand that Christian growth is not just personal—it strengthens the entire church. This teaching will equip you to walk through life as a Christian with a greater commitment to spiritual maturity, biblical truth, and using your life to encourage and build up others in Christ.
