<p>A exactamente un año del estallido social, y a una semana del plebiscito del 25 de octubre, subimos este capítulo "Especial Plebiscito" porque no queríamos quedar indiferentes a la contingencia nacional. </p> <p>En esta oportunidad invitamos al sequísimo Arturo Tortello - estudiante de 4to año de derecho UC, y ayudante de derecho constitucional hace año y medio - para que nos hablara sobre el proceso constituyente, aclaráramos algunas dudas y desmitificáramos algunos dichos que andan dando vuelta en redes sociales... ¿Cómo es el proceso constituyente?¿hace cuánto estamos hablando sobre una nueva constitución?¿cuál es el contexto bajo el cual se genera esta demanda?¿por qué surge la necesidad de cambiar la carta fundamental?</p> <p><strong>¿Cuáles son las principales razones por las cuales deberíamos cambiar, o no, esta constitución?</strong></p> <p>Queremos que por favor todas y todos escuchen este capítulo que se viene BUENÍSIMO y MUY MUY informativo... Tuto es un crack (van a poder darse cuenta mientras escuchen), así que es tremenda oportunidad de informarnos!</p>
