[…] You can't change the hole, and you can't change the role of the ball. So listen for them to go in and get more acquainted with what a good putt feels like. Mark, what's the biggest mistake you see people making when they're putting? Probably the biggest mistake is speed. They just get the speed totally wrong. And a lot of times, you know, they'll have a downhill putt, and if they're not familiar with the greens, they don't know it's downhill. So the quickest way to resolve that is to go to the other side of the hole and look back the other way. But speed is the biggest one. Secondly is they don't have a routine where they're doing the same thing every time and they get caught up and sometimes you'll see people stand over the putt for 5, 6, 8, 10 seconds and you know they're not going to make it at that point.
