Sisters Gemma and Sabrina Hamilton live over 1,200 miles apart but still manage to chat like they’re sat at the same kitchen table.
Every Wednesday, the sisters catch up on life, share hilarious stories, dive into childhood memories, and explore the wonderfully chaotic dynamics that only siblings truly understand. From nostalgic throwbacks and everyday mishaps to random tangents and laugh-out-loud moments, no topic is off limits.
Each episode is filled with humour, honesty, and the kind of banter that only comes from a lifetime of sisterhood.
27. "Thumbs up, nice one" | Long Sistance Podcast: Sisters 1200 Miles Apart
📱 Reality TV, rogue technology and questionable childhood wisdom… just another week on Long Sistance.
This week, Sabrina and Gemma are doing what they do best: starting with one topic and somehow ending up approximately seventeen conversations away from where they began. 😂
We’re chatting reality TV, technology refusing to cooperate, the weird little cultural differences and sayings we grew up with, and the slightly terrifying experience of watching teenagers navigate the world of social media.
Things also get a little more thoughtful as we talk about family, mental health, gratitude, and why sometimes the smallest, most ordinary things in life are actually the ones worth appreciating the most. 💗
Expect childhood memories, random observations, sisterly tangents and plenty of laughs along the way — because apparently no topic is too serious to be interrupted by something completely ridiculous.

26. "Thirty, Flirty and Thriving" | Long Sistance: Sisters 1200 Miles Apart
🎙️ THE LOST EPISODE HAS BEEN FOUND!
Recorded all the way back in July, the day before Sabrina turned 30, this episode was destined to never see the light of day thanks to some truly horrendous audio. We’ve mentioned “the lost episode” a few times since… but thanks to some new editing software and a little bit of podcast necromancy, WE SAVED IT. 😂
With the big 3-0 just hours away, Sabrina decided to share 30 things she wishes she could tell her younger self.
Well… that was the plan.
She came up with 18. 😭
Some are important life lessons — like the devastating realisation that a chocolate bar is not a suitable breakfast — while others get a little more vulnerable, from learning to trust yourself to realising that you don’t have to forgive someone just because they’re family.
It’s funny, reflective, occasionally emotional, and a little snapshot of Sabrina right on the edge of a brand-new decade of her life. 🥹💗
So grab a cuppa and join us as we finally open the Long Sistance vault…

25. "A Controversial Bubble Bath" | Long Sistance: Sisters 1200 Miles Apart
🛁 Four bubble baths. One very questionable Netflix show. Two sisters with a dream weekend.
This week on Long Sistance, Sabrina has been off work and apparently used her time wisely… by imagining a dream weekend that somehow involves FOUR bubble baths 😂
We’re also diving into the wonderfully ridiculous world of Netflix’s Wonka’s The Golden Ticket — because sometimes you watch something and simply have to ask, “What on earth am I watching?” 🍫🎟️
Plus, we’re comparing our dream weekends — from animals and adventures to cosy days, good food, crafts, and, naturally, an unreasonable amount of bath time.
Basically: a very serious discussion about how we’d spend a perfect weekend, featuring two sisters who clearly have very different definitions of relaxation. 😂
🎧 Grab a cuppa, get comfy, and come spend some time with your favourite long-distance sisters!
