And I read an article about the South Lake Tahoe School District and the cafeteria manager saying the kids really like the food. They do, and they love it fresh. I have to tell you, I have a three-and-a-half-year-old grandbaby, almost three-and-a-half, and he didn't like vegetables, but he loved vegetables from the garden. Why? Because they were fresh, and he was involved in picking them, and he can see them. But he didn't like things that were cooked or from a can or anything like that. So kids, even when they're young, innately love things that are ripe, that are picked fresh, and be able to eat it that way. […]
