Episodio 20 - "Aquí no hay reglas": El libro de Netflix
<p>Ando con ganas de mejora, y esto me ha llevado a leer (un poco por aquí, otro poco por allá) algunos libros de no ficción. En este episodio, hablo de "No Rules Rules: Netflix and the Culture of Reinvention", que nos permite conocer mucho de la singular cultura de esta compañía. El sobrevivir y sobre todo reinventar su modelo de negocio no pudo ser posible si no existiera un cierto comportamiento en su capital humano; curiosamente a lo que podríamos esperar, quitar el control fue lo que permitió llevar a Netflix al lugar al que está hoy día. <p>Un mes más que se acaba, y eso significa el turno de un episodio para resumir los libros leídos en el mes.</p> <p>En este episodio puedes escuchar sobre la historia de Asha, una inteligente programadora que tendrá que recobrar su voz interior para poder defender su lugar en la startup que logró crear en "The startup wife". Mariana tiene una obsesión por culpar del asesinato de la mejor amiga de su sobrina a Edward Fosca, un profesor que mantiene muy cerca de su lado a un singular grupo de mujeres estudiantes llamadas las doncellas, en "The Maidens". </p> <p>Por último, te cuento sobre "The Final Girl Support Group" una interesante historia situada en un universo en el que las mujeres sobrevivientes a los ataques de personajes de películas de terror icónicas (Halloween, Scream, Leprechaun, Friday 13th), se reúnen en un grupo de autoayuda para superar su trauma. Pero esto se complica cuando empiezan a ser atacadas una a una de nueva cuenta...</p> <p>Espero les guste!</p>
