Lost in AZ is a true crime podcast focused on Arizona’s missing persons, cold cases, historical crimes, and solved mysteries. Each episode revisits true stories of people from Arizona whose lives may have faded from public memory with the goal of refreshing awareness, honoring victims, and exploring the facts with care and respect.
On August 30th, 2017, 23-year-old Terasi Niholimbele was last seen near 55th Avenue and Flower Street in Phoenix, Arizona.
He had plans that day.
He was supposed to be picked up.
He never made it back home.
Nearly a decade later, Terasi is still missing.
In this episode, I walk through what we know, what’s been said, and the questions that still don’t have answers.
Because some cases get coverage, updates, attention—
and then there are cases like this.
A 23-year-old Black man goes missing, and there’s barely anything out there.
So what happened to Terasi?

Ame Deal: She Should Still Be Here
A 10-year-old girl.
A home she should have been safe in.
And a system that failed her.
In 2011, Ame Deal was killed inside the very place she was supposed to be protected — her home. What was first reported as a “hide and seek” accident quickly unraveled into something far more disturbing.
This episode breaks down what really happened, the abuse Ame endured, and how multiple people in her life were involved. It also raises the question — how did this go on for so long, even after CPS involvement and reports of abuse?
This is not just about what happened to Ame.
This is about awareness.
About protection.
About the systems and people who are supposed to step in — and what happens when they don’t.

On September 14, 1993, what started with a knock at the door turned into one of the most brutal family murders in Arizona.
In this episode, I cover the story of the Luna family — Patricia, Albert, Rochelle, and Damien — and what happened inside their home that day.
This case wasn’t random.
It was planned.
And it ended in a massacre.
I break down what happened, who was responsible, and what led up to it — while making sure this family is remembered for who they were.
