About Love From the Inside Out

Have you ever started questioning the way you've always done things or wondered if the life you've built still fits? Love From the Inside Out® is a personal growth podcast for women exploring life changes, relationships, identity, and what happens when we begin looking at things differently. I'm Susan Kricun, a storyteller, PR strategist, and your host. Sometimes I share stories and reflections from my own life. Other times, I sit down with guests whose experiences challenge assumptions, spark curiosity, and open our eyes to possibilities we hadn't considered. Our conversations range from self-worth, people-pleasing, and boundaries to career changes, friendship, creativity, travel, grief, and what it means to make choices that feel like your own. These are honest conversations, not a list of rules for how to live. There's room for humor, different perspectives, and the occasional unexpected turn. My hope is that you'll come away feeling a little less alone, thinking about something differently, or inspired to explore a possibility of your own. But I will tell you that there was a family member that was sick for a while. And that person got better. But I was still struggling with that. And so a friend of mine, a very dear friend that I consider like a sister, said, maybe it's time you take your eyes off yourself, man. There's that shut up again. And go volunteer for somebody and help them. so i did and that was my journey into volunteering for hospice of the valley um and i've been doing it now for over 20 years yeah i'll tell you that is such a great way for you to gain some perspective on your life yeah and stop putting that focus on you and all the things that we can as humans decide that are wrong or not going right is to go help somebody else and see what somebody else's story is.
