皆さまこんにちは♡ LOVE FROM UNDER THE SUNのYUI&NANAです。 立春を迎えた2023年2月の現在地。 私たちはこれまでと少しおもむきを変えてみています。 もともとのスタートはサステナブルを軸に地球にも私たちにも優しくというコンセプトで おすすめの情報を発信してきたのですが途中からやはりまず大切なのはself loveだねということで self loveをベースとした発信に切り替えてきました。 昨年はお互いがそれぞれに飛躍する年となってラブサンの活動はかなり少なくなったのですが 今年に入ってまた一気にペースアップして悩むより行動！というモットーで Instagramでもリール投稿にチャレンジしています。 そんな中フォロワーが減ったりして笑 ちょっと自信を無くしそうになったりもしてますが前だけを見て 私たちがたのしい・やりたいことを見失わないようにチャレンジを続けてみているそんな感じです♡ さて、今回のエピソードではパートナーシップでイライラしてしまう時というテーマでゆるっと話しています。 キーワードとして出てきたのは ・意識の力、どう在りたいかを主体的に考える大切さ、自分軸だったり ・self loveは自分も相手も同様に大切にするということだよね。 ・相手に期待しない。はハートを閉ざすこととは違う。 ・エネルギーは伝染するもの こんな感じですがゆるっとお喋りしてますので 何かしながら聴いてみてもらえたら嬉しいです♡ 今日もlovelyな一日をお過ごし下さいね♡ Instagram、よかったらフォローしてくださいね！ @lovefromunderthesun

<p>皆さんお久し振りです♡</p> <p>少し時間が空いてしまいましたがお元気でしたか？</p> <p>私たちはそれぞれの道で一歩一歩大切に踏み締めている時間。そんな風に感じています。</p> <p>じぶんのdarksideが出現してびっくりするくらいひどいこと考えるじぶんがそこにはいて、でもそんな自分もOKに感じられるようになってきました。それはすぐ出来るようになったのではなくてコツコツ自分をケアすること、自分と向き合うことをやめないできたから上手になったのかなと感じています。</p> <p><br></p> <p>今回はそんなきったないこと思う自分もOKだよね！そんなepisodeです。</p> <p>どうぞ何かのお供にゆるっと聞いてください♡</p> <p><br></p> <p>Thank you always for being you.</p> <p>love from under the sun</p>
