Your ballot has arrived. Do you know what you’re voting on?
The 2026 midterm elections are here, and Californians face important decisions on propositions, bond measures, and local initiatives. But what do these measures actually mean, and what are the consequences of voting YES or NO?
In Episode 75 of Love, Growth, and Narratives, Tiffany and Fredrick break down the statewide California propositions and Los Angeles ballot measures, explaining the pros, cons, and potential impacts in plain language.
As we did in 2024 and with Proposition 50, we’re not here to tell you how to vote. We’re here to help you make an informed decision.
📬 Ballots have been mailed, and Election Day is November 3, 2026.
No sides. No agenda. Just the facts.

Helping Others Heal While Healing Yourself | Jennifer Seifert
How do you keep moving forward when life keeps asking you to carry more than you ever expected? And how can your own struggles become a source of connection, creativity, and healing for others?
Nearly two decades ago, Jennifer Seifert and Tiffany met as teachers in the same school district and formed a friendship that has endured through years of unexpected turns, painful challenges, and profound growth. Today, Jennifer is a licensed marriage and family therapist, using what she has learned through her own struggles to help others navigate trauma and difficult seasons in their lives.
In Episode 74, Jennifer opens up about the trauma of having her home left uninhabitable after the Altadena fires and the medical challenges that have affected her life for decades.
She also shares why she started Artist’s Way workshops, where creators and non-creators alike can use creative expression as an outlet to process emotions, work through difficult times, and reconnect with themselves.
It’s a conversation about trauma, creativity, service, resilience, and finding purpose through life’s hardest moments.

Loyalty vs. Honesty — Should We Call Out Our Own?
When does loyalty mean defending your own—and when does it mean holding them accountable?
In this episode, Tiffany and Fredrick explore the unwritten rule of “don’t air our dirty laundry.” From criticizing your family or children to your community, political leaders, or even your country, we ask whether public criticism is an act of honesty or betrayal.
Does who’s listening matter? Does intent matter? And can you genuinely love your own while publicly pointing out where they’re wrong?
