Playing for the National Women’s Waterpolo team team, coaching Division I Men’s waterpolo, working for Notre Dame’s Play Like a Champion program, starting her own Coaching Consulting business, using E-Colors in Sports to advance team work and traveling the world to share her message. She has been a great friend for over 10 years and any interaction I can have with her is a cherished memory that will live with me forever.

Aaron and I have been friends for about five years now and we connected so quickly about topics of Meaningful Movement in PE and building relationships with our students and players. Even more so, we have connected as fast friends. We talk about our families, our work and our passions for learning from others all throughout the world. Aaron is a professor at the University of Kentucky where he teaches future PE Teachers all he has learned in his over 25 year career in education. We even connected in the Middle East for a PE teaching conference, which he lead, at TAISM, in Muscat, Oman.

Story Teller, comedian, spark plug of energy, loveable guy, caring human being, writer, dog lover, friend, memory maker, risk taker…. There is not just one way to describe James Leath. We met many years ago at Way of Champions and we became friends despite our geographical differences… I have used many of his games to begin practice sessions and PE lessons. His energy and aura are two ways in which he shows his LOVE for those around him. He is phenomenal in front of a crowd and so intimate when you are by his side. I know the man cares deeply for the people in his life and the important work he does with sports teams and emergency personnel.

Wow!! Does this man have some energy to share with the world! And I am drawn to it…. We connected at the Way of Champions Retreat in Colorado in the summer of 2025 and then spent one more night at the hotel lobby before flying out of Denver. The LOVE he shows to his soccer team and his desire to see them grow with each other is amazing!! He gets fully invested in the people he meets and that speaks a lot of LOVE to me.

I met Kate at a Way of Champions Conference in Colorado Springs years ago. We connected for a short bit of time there and were reunited at the WOC Retreat in Colorado last summer. That is where I had the chance to get to know about the amazing work she is doing with athletes and teams. Her LOVE for herself, her family and absolutely anyone that she interacts with. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience as both an athlete, sports psychologist and coach. One hour was certainly not enough time, but it sure is a great start!

We connected immediately and I learned so much about the work he does with men's health, wellness and holistic lifestyle. He showed me a lot of LOVE in the way he thinks, speaks and interacts with others around him. We get to learn about his journey through traveling, attending mens retreats, producing youtube videos about men's health and breath work, running a website called resilientbeing.me and so much more.
