Why the Life You’re Asking For Isn’t Showing Up
You know when you’ve asked for the thing, scripted the thing, visualized the thing, journaled about the thing, made the vision board, lit the candle, talked to the moon, and generally made it VERY clear to the universe that this is what you want… and yet your actual life is still over here doing the same old shit?
Ya, same.
In this episode, I’m talking about the difference between manifesting and rehearsing, because I realized I have spent a lot of time getting very good at imagining the life I want while still making choices from the identity I’m trying to leave behind.
And apparently I’m not alone.
We’re getting into why the familiar can feel safer than the future, why we can want something with our whole chest and still back away from it when it gets real, why your old identity will absolutely try to drag you back into a life you already know you’ve outgrown, and why sometimes the problem is not that your manifestation isn’t showing up.
Sometimes it’s that you keep asking for a new life while making decisions from the old one.
