Em, Govinda, and Jayce talk Horror and Fall Snacks
Hey yall! It's Em again. Govinda, Jayce, and I had a lot of fun diving into everything Horror. We talked the difference between Horror and Thriller again. We got into movies AND books. I had so much fun learning about how J and G get inspired. I laughed so much while filming this episode. Horror really isn't my go-to genre. I am kind of a wimp. But, Jayce and Govinda gave great recommendations and thoughts about how to enjoy the genre. We had a fun tangent about cryptids that started on topic with the recommendation of Never Whistle at Night: A Dark Indigenous Anthology. We finished the episode talking about our go to fall snacks. Jayce recommended the beauty of pumpkin cheesecake!!! OMG! I'm a cheesecake girlie so I was quite thrilled to hear such a thing exists!Jayce Pagaduan - writes under J. Hey yall! Em here! Weird I know! Sarah is normally the one who does this part. She is much better at editing videos and understanding all this tech stuff. But...she actually came on to talk about KC BookBeat. A nonprofit located in Kansas City that focuses on helping authors find community and resources! Don't worry! We will have her on again to talk about her book in more depth another time! KC Bookbeat has an event in November called Lit&Libations. It's Great Gatsby themed!!! I, for one, hope I can go!
