Terry has been an avid political enthusiast since his early teens, without any party ties beyond human rights. He knows his shizzle and attempts to share facts vs fears.

In this episode revisit a conversation we had last year on another podcast because it’s so good.
In 2020 Terry was diagnosed with diabetes and by changing his diet and lifestyle, was able to completely reverse it in under a year.
He vulnerably shares about what led to the rock bottom moment in his health and how it became a huge blessing in his evolution.
From mental health to being in alignment on his path, he doesn't shy away from the tough questions and offers up his story in the hopes it could help someone else.
