Turning 23 hit me with a wave of “what do I want to do with my life?” and for the first time, I felt completely lost. As someone who’s always had a plan, this freaked me out! Realising I had so much inner work to do is what inspired me to start Love Starts Within.
The name comes from my own self-love journey. I’ve learned that true love and alignment start from within. I’m still on this journey, and I want to share my experiences, both past and present, with you. My goal is to create a space of comfort and positivity, where anyone can tune in, feel less alone, and just chat about life.
I’d love to know what topics you’d like me to cover on self-love and growth! It can be anything—relationships, friendships, work stress, finding your path, or figuring out who you are. Self-love is all about healing and doing the inner work. 💭
