   Episode Description: Our Love Story is our annual anniversary relationship deep dive where we vulnerably open up about everything in our partnership from the last year: growth, patterns, challenges, and revelations. This year, after celebrating 10 years together, we're reflecting on Year 9 through 9 topics, 3 within each pillar of the Awaken ~ Heal ~ Love framework: AWAKEN Release: Moving through one of the three most painful seasons of our decade together and learning to release our attachment to outcomes and timelines. Isolation & Rebirth: What it was like spending a season in near-complete isolation together while navigating rapid personal transformation and watching your partner continually change. Misalignment: Honoring the first year our paths truly diverged and learning to navigate different journeys, seasons, and paces within our relationship. HEAL Control: Eric struggling to release Loving Consciously and Ameris struggling to release control over Eric's work life—and what those experiences revealed in each of us. Resentment: How nearly a decade of shared history can cause seemingly tiny triggers to reach deep into old wounds—and what those moments invited us to heal.
