I may not be able to tell you how to be the best mother. But I can tell you all the challenges I've faced so far in motherhood and how I've learned to adapt and love this new, more chaotic lifestyle. Because I didn't love it. I struggled and still struggle with postpartum anxiety and depression. Motherhood has turned my whole world upside down and I'm not going to pretend that it's not way harder than I expected! But nothing has pushed me more to be the best version of myself. I simply want to share how I'm learning to live a more loving and fulfilling life in this new role as a parent.

The Heartbreaking Reality of Motherhood
It’s truly heartbreaking to see so many hard working mothers getting silenced in their struggles. This episode gets real about how undervalued mothers are.
Society doesn’t see motherhood as a real job. The world doesn’t see moms how they deserve to be seen. I’m tired of seeing moms trying to speak up for themselves and what they actually go through, to only get bashed and misunderstood for it.
I will not be silenced. I will continue to voice how important it is to value your family like a mother does. I will continue to voice that what moms do is WORK and it is HARD. I will continue to speak up for all the moms who have felt misunderstood for what they experience.
I hope the mamas who have found this episode will feel safe enough here to voice your struggles!

The "Mama Rage": Start healing emotional overreactions
In this episode, I touch on how motherhood has exposed my emotional immaturity. Ever since becoming a parent, I am suddenly easily triggered and struggle with controlling my anger. This I've come to know as "Mama Rage." While completely normal, I know the feeling of battling this rage struggle.
