從小胎裡素的Fong, 對於吃素這件事，一開始並不覺得有推廣的必要，只覺得是自己日常的一部分，然而在接觸潛水、水肺等水上活動後，開始重視海洋保育，也因為遇到海龜、尼莫、珊瑚等可愛生物，開始覺得如果自己能為海洋動物們發聲，是一件非常有意義的事。 談起潛水，Fong説：「潛水是找到自己的過程，剛開始潛一定會害怕，因為陰暗的深海中只有你自己，但就是因為這樣，你必需學會給自己安全感，並建立自信心，如此你才能面對並解決眼前的各種挑戰。」 也因為這樣，Fong運用強大的內心，解決工作、斜槓、生活平衡的問題，直到現在，經營社群四五年的時間，擁有現在這樣的成績。回想過去，他曾經有一次到偏遠地區吃越南素食，闆娘是個越南新娘，那時候的店面沒有什麼人光顧，但卻非常好吃，讓Fong忍不住幫他們發文推廣，意外引起爆紅，害羞靦腆的闆娘，在得知Fong的幫忙後，好幾次向他道謝，特意在除夕前煮了一整桌菜，請他吃飯，還多準備一些讓他帶回去與家人分享，這份感動，Fong猶記在心。 除此之外，Fong還曾經到偏鄉，用藝術療癒的方式與偏鄉兒童互動，而他們跳脫框架的思考模式，也讓Fong大為驚奇，Fong説：「都市的小孩總是活在框架中，被家長指導應該要怎麼畫，但『美』本來就不應該有定義，我們應該要打開心胸去接受更多。」他也期待未來能夠用更多元的方式傳遞不只是蔬食的真善美，而是與粉絲真實的交流互動，創造更多人與人之間的真善美。
