Simple, gentle, and self-inquiry based ways to help you process (especially emotions).
Hi friends!!
In this episode, I give some examples on how to help gently walk yourself through your own internal process. I have been inspired by watching and practicing this with my preschooler babies, seeing their unfoldment, and applying it to my own life.
I also just give a little simple tip and some grace for caretakers, parents, and just humans in general<3
This is a combination of many different types of methods I have explored on my own healing journey, experienced or learned at work or through nervous system regulation resources, and last but not least experiences I have shared with really great trusted friends.

Setting boundaries with ourselves while allowing self-empowerment
Hi friends!!
In this podcast episode, I speak a little bit about how setting boundaries for children has helped me see how I (/hopefully we) can better set boundaries for myself (/ourselves) around things that are important to me (/us). This is a practice.
I give some hopefully relatable examples.

Full Moon in Virgo

Life is naturally full of readjustment and flow.

The differences between Capricorn and Aquarius energy

The Nodal Switch, South Node in Scorpio, North Node in Taurus
In this podcast episode, I share a little bit about my understanding and perspective of the Nodal Shift into Scorpio and Taurus.
I love this axis very much and have been growing in my love for it through watching my babies at the preschool.
baby Scorpio: "i talk about mommy, daddy, I want to try risky things, and am affectionate and trying to make deep connection with others all day"
baby Taurus: "mmm, it's snack time. it feels relaxed and looks more quiet over here by this big tree away from everyone. i might just stand here for some time. wow maybe i like these sticks better than those toys and i can play with this."
We really have the ability to dive deep and emerge with awakened fruits that were hidden within us.

the sun and mercury enter Sagittarius transit
As we finish up the transit of the South Node in Sagittarius, where the sun and mercury have just entered, I really wanted to talk about my own personal experience and perspective of this archetype.
I speak a little bit about unity within the differences of our values/perspectives, arrogance, dogmatic positions, fear, and just give some personal and playful (and hopefully helpful) examples.
I have a South Node in Sagittarius's house, so I've grown familiar with this shadow :), and it's all love <3
I really see the upcoming switch of the lunar nodes, now having questioned and purged, be a lot more about depth and embodiment of our natures.

sun/mars/pluto square, and anger
hi friends!
I really wanted to share and bring some info i've gathered from many such as dear friends and their courses, Marshall Rosenberg from the Nonviolent Communication Realm, Richard Grannon, Gabor Mate, (sorry if it’s all a bit quirkly chopped everywhere 🥴) and connect it to my own experience and lens of astro.
the potential for transmutation of possible disempowering compulsive habits that may keep us in patterns of stagnation from communicating our needs in more healthy ways, and honoring our own needs in general is really potent this next week as the Sun and Mars square Pluto.
if there’s anything the North Node in Gemini has been teaching us, as she finishes up in Gemini, it’s that how we language and communication is important.
it may feel uncomfortable at first but try your best take your time if you need.

the remainder of mars/sun in Virgo, the inner critic, and venus in Scorpio
hey friends!
in this podcast episode, i speak a little bit about the remainder of Virgo energy, and venus whom is now in Scorpio.
really quickly though, something i really wanted to share and i forgot to mention in the podcast episode--
whereas in Leo season, we work to validate ourselves and our creation, in Virgo season, we are given opportunity to validate OUR EFFORTS. for example, with children, we tend to find ourselves in positions of validating their efforts, when they make the effort to do anything- sing the ABCS, wash their hands, wipe their own hands and face, count numbers, paint pictures etc. regardless of their result. I feel really moved to share how important this is, also to apply to ourselves in our own processes. to validate ourselves when we try may help invoke more feelings of hope, self-worth/self-empathy/self-love, and confidence.
