When Valerie Jacqueline Ritchie introduced me to 9D Breathwork, I knew I wanted to try it.</p><p>In this video, I share my honest experience as someone who has lived through trauma, grief, loss, and life's many curveballs. This isn't a medical review or a scientific explanation—it's simply my experience.</p><p>Did I know what to expect? Nope.</p><p>Did I forget how to breathe the moment I had to think about breathing? Absolutely.</p><p>Did I leave hungry? HONGRY.</p><p>More importantly, I walked away feeling lighter, and weeks later, I still feel like something shifted.
