<p>مهرداد ایسوندی، کارگردان هنری شاغل در استودیو انیمیشن دیزنی، در این اپیزود به مسیر پر و پیچ و خم و جذاب خودش برای ما گفت و تجارب شخصی خودش در این مسیر رو با ما به اشتراک گذاشت.<br> مهرداد، قبل از اینکه در دیزنی مشغول به کار بشه، با کمپانی های بزرگی همچون نتفلیکس تجارب کوتاه و بلندی داره که بحث و صحبت در رابطه با این تجارب برای خیلی از ماها الهام بخش تلاش و پیشتکار بیشتره.<br> <br> جذابیت بحث و پرسش و پاسخ با مهرداد ایسوندی به شخصه برای من آنقدر زیاد بود که ترجیح میدم کمتر محتوای این اپیزود رو براتون اسپویل کنم تا خودتون از شنیدن این اپیزود لذت ببرید. </p>

<p>چندوقت پیش، گری وی مجموعه ی بزرگی از NFT های خودش رو منتشر کرد. چند وقت قبلش هم یه بابایی یک NFT رو 69 میلیون دلار فروخت!</p> <p><br></p> <p>دنیای NFT برای ما بسیار جدید و شاید پیچیده باشه و اصلا سر در نیاریم که NFT چیست، اینکه چیزی رو به NFT تبدیل می کنند یعنی چی و اینکه یکNFT رو میفروشند به چه شکلیه!</p> <p>در این اپیزود من با همین سوالات به سراغ حمیده علیزاده رفتم و ازش خواستم تا به ساده ترین شکل توضیح بده که NFT چیه!</p>

<p>در ایران، همیشه کسب درآمد دلاری جذاب بوده و هست. این موضوع برای فریلنسرها هم صدق میکنه. همچنین، روشهای مختلفی برای اینکار هم وجود داره.<br> <br> <br> <br> بعضی فریلنسرها با استفاده از ابزارها و یا واسطه در سایتهایی مثل فایور اکانت می سازند و به فعالیت و کار میپردازند. و یا بعضی ها با استفاده از کمک دوستان یا آشنایان در کشورهای مختلف پروژه میگیرند و به کمک اونها دستمزد خودشون رو دریافت می کنند.</p> <p>امّا در این اپیزود من و مهراد به یک روش و یا بهتر بگم یک نگرش دیگر در بحث کار با مشتریان خارجی می پردازیم. نگرشی که در آن بحث های کارآفرینی و کسب و کاری نقش پررنگی را بازی میکنند. به دنبال ساخت یک مسیر هستیم تا در طی اون به اهداف بلندمدت برسیم و یک کسب و کار قابلش اتکا بسازیم.</p> <p>در این روش، به دنبال حذف واسطه ها و ساخت ارتباط مستقیم با مشتریان خارجی هستیم که برای ما درآمد بیشتر و پایدار بسازد. این نگرش هرچند پیجیدگی های بیشتری نسبت به روشهای دیگر دارد، اما آینده و دورنمای روشنتری را به ما نشان میدهد و همچنین پتانسیبهای متعددی اعم از انتقال کار به خارج از ایران، مهاجرت و یا در مجموع ساخت یک بیزینس کامل رو برای شما فراهم میکند.</p>
