Remember your favorite comic runs? The ones that are really special to you-that you think you will go back to over and over again? Well, today we prove that those really special ones can sit on the shelf for 15 years after you read it the first time and thought, "wow, that was really amazing. I'm going to read that again next week as well!" I mean, nothing is wrong with them, but they are a victim of their own success. That Marvel company just keeps cranking out the hits! You can really only read so much over your lifetime. And, when you think about it, it's ironic. Why? Why is it ironic, you ask? Because if they keep putting out good ones, then you never have time to read them again. BUT!!! If they start putting out bad ones, you can finally relax and start reading the good stuff. Man, I can't wait for the bad stuff to come out. You know, so I can read the good stuff again. (Okay, I need to stop you here.) Why? What's up? (You can read whatever you want. You don't have to read the "now" good stuff. You can just read the "then" good stuff.) No, you don't understand. I HAVE TO KEEP UP! (No, no, no. Listen, you could be just like me. I gave up a LONG time ago, my friend. Do you think I am waiting every Monday to check Marvel.com and see what is coming out this Wednesday? Do you think I'm just begging to a good Spider-Man issue to come out? Heck, no, man! That's not how I am-anymore.) Wow! Wow, man. Really. I can't imagine that. So you mean to tell me that you haven't look at the webpage or your app or called your comic shop to find out what is coming out this week? I wish I had that freedom and that peace of mind. You know what? You're my hero. I think I'm going to do that. So I'm not going to log in on Monday morning to Marvel.com and see what is coming out this week. I'm better than that. I am going to go back to my bookshelf and see what I have right here and now to settle in next to the fireplace and read what I have here. (So...so, I really got through to you?) Yeah, bro. I'm a changed man. I have self-control and self-discipline. I mean, that's what you do right? You don't check first thing on Monday morning, right? I can't believe there is another episode out so soon. Who are these two guys? (Well, they are certainly not Forge and Storm!) What makes you say that? (They pretend to be Forge and Storm in the episode. Didn't you listen?) No, I don't think that technically they are pretending to be Forge and Storm. They are interviewing as IF they were Forge and Storm. (But then they throw Mystique in there too. It's just unacceptable!) I don't understand why you're so angry. (It's because they are lying to us. They are pretending to be people that they are not. It's not a good look. It's "tone deaf".) What? Why? (Because these two old men are pretending to be people that they simply cannot speak for.)
