Macha Let's Put One Scene" is a talk-show based podcast where I "put one scene" (Bangalore slang for hanging out) with amateur and professional content creators. . .
Neha Shingade (@conefitneha) and Colin D'Souza (@conefitcolin) are the co-founders Conefit (@conefit), a physical fitness consulting, diet and supplement start up based out of India. Founded in late 2017 with the tagline "Real Science, Unreal Results", in a little less than 3 years, Conefit boasts of a clientele spanning age groups, fitness levels, and nationalities. . .
In this edition of the podcast, I talk to Colin and Neha about the business of Conefit. We talk about the organizational history, culture, mission, vision, and goals of Conefit as a firm, as well as reconciling their personal philosophies when it comes to approaching work, life, and going into business together as friends. .
What really makes Neha and Colin stand out is not just their drive to make Conefit a one-stop solution to physical fitness, but also their carefree attitude when it comes to running a business, and their risk-taking approach to expand Conefit's product portfolio in a time when #Covid19 has wreaked havoc on the Indian physical fitness industry. . .
Neha can be reached on @conefitneha, and Colin on @conefitcolin. Conefit also has an organizational presence on Instagram as @cone.fit. . .
