<p>Today we welcome Dr. Amber Farrington back to the Maclay Guidance Podcast to discuss strategies to best tackle EXAMS! We are approaching our semester exams at Maclay and there are so many things we have in our control to set ourselves up for a successful exam week. This podcast is targeted at students with some tips for parents at the end. </p> <p>Dr. Farrington is a “go-to” clinical psychologist for the Maclay team. Her work is extensive in all adolescent ages and is always willing to lean into the work the school is doing. Guidance on Reframing a Difficult Holiday Season (extended edition)

Our topic today revolves around the feelings of grief and loss this holiday season. This season can be hard for anyone who has lost a loved one or is not able to experience the traditions and relationships they are used to.
