<p>Prepping for a bodybuilding competition and taking your physique to another level of shape and conditioning is incredibly tough. It takes a LOT of dedication, consistency, and (most of all) patience to do well in the sport. I'll say that again, staying patient is the #1 thing that will get you the best results in the long run. The tortoise wins every time 💪🏻</p> <p>This goes for anyone wanting to completely transform their body. Whether It's getting ready for a photo shoot, getting shredded for the summer, or hell, just because you feel like it. Whatever the case may be, it doesn't come easy. It never will either.&nbsp;</p> <p>You'll end up going through a lot of suck to get the end result you're after, but you'll also come out feeling incredible not just on show day, but throughout the prep, but that's only if your mind is in the right place 😉</p> <p>In this episode we discuss the most important piece of getting dialed in for that level of ridiculousness and that is the nutrition aspect. You can't out-train a bad diet.
