Maybe therapists need therapy.
Burnout, imposter syndrome, and boundaries. These are the many things therapists dealt with and when life changed in 2020, it was downhill from there. Steph had barely started her career as a therapist when the pandemic hit, so when she shared an article about an increase in therapists experiencing burnout, Madam Talkative had to check-in with her. Steph shares the behind-the-scenes of her life as a young therapist, braving the pandemic with her clients one zoom call at a time. Jumping jacks and coffee might help, but Steph states the case for therapists also needing therapy.
