KEY QUOTES & LESSONS
"We must guard against the risk of allowing technology to lead the change. This is not technology-led change; it's human leadership-led change. Just because we can use AI for something doesn't mean we should." - Zabeen Hirji
“With the optimism of AI, we have to work really hard at it though. We have to be deliberate. We have to set objectives, and targets, and hold ourselves accountable to really make this a win-win. Working shorter hours, the flexibility actually allows people to lead that joyous life, to spend time in doing things that they’ve always wanted to.” -Zabeen Hirji

· KEY LESSONS & QUOTES
“I think there needs to be a human element because typically, algorithms and AI aren't going to be able to tell you about the culture at a company or the experience of talking to someone over a coffee is going to give you. So, keeping the H in HR, keeping the human in human resources is very important.” - Somen Mondal
I would tell companies to make sure they look at the regulations or use a vendor that can explain and help them comply. That ecosystem of being able to prepare data and have it audited, potentially, having the government look at your data if they think something's wrong. I think that's going to happen in the world of AI, specifically when it comes to HR.” - Somen Mondal
