Equity Management Platform Powering Ownership at Scale | Qapita | Made with Endiya
Ownership is one of the most powerful incentives a company can offer - but managing it has historically been fragmented, opaque, and operationally heavy. Qapita is redefining how companies think about equity, turning it from an administrative burden into a strategic lever for growth.
Built for founders, finance teams, and employees, Qapita brings together cap table management, ESOPs, valuations, and compliance into a single, intuitive platform. It simplifies complex equity workflows while ensuring transparency across stakeholders - something critical as companies scale across geographies and regulatory environments.
But what makes Qapita stand out is not just efficiency - it’s the shift in mindset it enables. Equity is no longer a backend function; it becomes a tool to attract, retain, and align talent with long-term company value. By digitising ownership, Qapita helps organisations build trust internally while staying investor-ready externally.
In a world where startups are global from day one, and talent expects clarity and fairness, Qapita is quietly powering a more structured and equitable future of ownership.

Why enterprise trust is becoming a measurable risk | Scrut Automation | Made with Endiya
Scrut is building in a space most companies only notice when it becomes a blocker.
As companies scale, especially globally, growth is no longer just about product - it’s about proving trust. Security reviews, compliance frameworks, and data expectations have become gatekeepers to revenue.
Scrut addresses this by rethinking compliance as a continuous system, not a one-time task.
In this episode of Made with Endiya, the story begins with a simple friction: deals slowing down because trust couldn’t be demonstrated easily.
What follows is the journey of understanding that trust is no longer implicit - it is infrastructure.

Restoring Vision with Stem Cells | Eyestem | Made with Endiya
Eyestem is tackling one of the most complex and underserved challenges in healthcare: irreversible vision loss caused by retinal degeneration. Diseases such as age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and other retinal disorders progressively destroy photoreceptor cells in the eye, leading to permanent blindness. Globally, millions of people are affected, with limited treatment options available once the damage reaches an advanced stage. Existing therapies can slow progression in some cases but rarely restore lost vision. The core problem is biological - human retinal cells do not regenerate naturally, and once lost, they cannot be replaced through conventional medicine.
Eyestem’s approach is rooted in regenerative medicine, specifically the use of stem cell-derived therapies to replace damaged retinal cells. By developing retinal pigment epithelial (RPE) cells from stem cells, Eyestem aims to restore the function of the retina at a cellular level. These lab-grown cells are designed to integrate into the patient’s eye, support surviving photoreceptors, and potentially bring back lost visual function. The company is building scalable, high-quality manufacturing processes to ensure these cells can be produced consistently and safely for clinical use.
What makes this approach compelling is its potential to shift treatment from management to restoration. Instead of slowing decline, Eyestem is working toward reversing damage - addressing the root cause rather than symptoms. If successful, this could redefine how degenerative eye diseases are treated, moving from chronic care to one-time or limited interventions with long-term impact. In doing so, Eyestem is not just developing a therapy, but opening a pathway to restoring vision for millions who currently have no viable options.

Managing Human and Agent Identities at Scale | Zluri | Made with Endiya
Work is no longer driven by just humans. Today, for every employee, there are dozens of non-human identities - applications, integrations, bots, and AI agents interacting with systems and data. In many environments, the ratio has already moved to 1 human : 55 non-human identities. This changes the nature of the problem.
In this episode we decode what looks like operational complexity and what becomes risk, because uncontrolled identity access is now one of the most common causes of data breaches and security incidents. Sensitive data gets exposed, systems are misused, and organisations face not just financial loss, but long-term reputational damage. The challenge is no longer about managing tools - it is about controlling who and what can act within the system.
This is the problem Zluri is solving.

Building for India’s secret ₹30,000 crore economy | AquaExchange | Made with Endiya
India’s shrimp industry is a ₹30,000 crore export powerhouse - but the farms powering this growth have traditionally depended on experience and intuition rather than data.
Shrimp farming is a delicate balance. Water quality, feeding, disease management, and growth cycles determine whether a farmer succeeds or loses an entire crop. To produce export-quality shrimp, every decision matters, including reaching the ideal 18 - 25 gram size demanded by global markets.
Aqua Exchange is changing this equation.
Made with Endiya | Episode 2 explores the journey of building precision aquaculture and the technology powering India’s shrimp revolution.

Rewriting Diabetes Care in India | Sugar.fit | Made with Endiya
With over 140 million people living with or at risk of diabetes, India sits at the center of a growing global crisis. Yet, diabetes management has remained fragmented - reactive check-ups, generic advice, and limited focus on sustained outcomes.
Sugar.fit takes a fundamentally different approach: treating diabetes as a continuous, data-driven condition that can be actively managed, improved, and in some cases, reversed.
But beyond the product, this is a story about ambition - what it takes to rethink chronic care in India, the challenges of building clinical credibility while scaling fast, and the trade-offs founders make when operating in high-stakes health ecosystems.
This episode explores how Sugar.fit combines clinical expertise, real-time data, and personalised interventions to drive measurable outcomes like improved HbA1c levels and long-term glycemic control. At its core is a shift from episodic care to outcome-led care - where success is defined not by consultations, but by sustained health improvements.
