Thoughts on Mental Health
In a world that's constantly moving, let's take a moment to care for our minds just as we do our bodies, embracing the journey of life, one thought at a time. Take care of yourself, I read something earlier this year that goes like this "There's a great image which I find very useful, that when you have a flashlight and you focus the light on this and that, things come in to draw your attention and we build a world out of what the light shines on, but the problem is the light can not shine on itself, so the very thing that is looking never gets noticed". So remember there is nothing more important to true growth than realizing that you are not the voice of the mind you are the one who hears it. This I am realization, this sense of your presence is not a thought, it arises from beyond the mind.
