   Where the Hope is

Hope is not just a feeling. It is also something we can create. Our actions and choices, and how we design our cultures, play a significant role in the amount of hope that we have. A joy-based culture is not interested in making people feel bad and wasting time and energy on unnecessary social conflicts. It does not invest in power over strategies; instead, it wants power together strategies. This alone can create a lot of hope when people see that they will not have their basic needs pitted against the basic needs of others. A joy practice is conscientious about avoiding that kind of dynamic. By its nature and intention, a joy practice reshapes our interests and intentions toward creating real hope through an investment in thriving and quality of life. Check it out! The Little Known Benefit Of Tenderness

So often tenderness is considered a sappy energy, and it can be suggested that someone who feels tenderness is childish and weak. That is not what tenderness is about. Tenderness locates the sweet spot in solving problems. It is an “us” energy, not a “me-me-me” energy. It takes others into account. It lets others in. It accepts others and their needs as legitimate. So, there is a lot of acceptance in the energy of tenderness. When you activate tenderness as an important socially constructive energy, you minimize the social rejection that creates so much pain and hostility to the detriment of everyone. By its nature and intention, a joy practice helps use tenderness to create more fulfilling relationships and problem-solving.. Check it out! The Importance Of Space

Space is important as a source of information, not just in having a space to live. When we talk about scarcity, we usually talk about stuff. It could be important stuff like a roof over our heads, food, and other basic necessities or other kinds of stuff that are wants but not needs. We generally speak of scarcity as if it is one thing, but it is not. There are different kinds, and they are about different kinds of space. By its nature and intention, a joy practice reshapes our space so that what is most important is what gets our intention and attention because it is interested in thriving and quality of life.
