Finally, we recap a wild week of television! From Jade Cargill going full monster heel on Alexa Bliss to Baron Corbin's shocking return on SmackDown, Kenny Omega's new title belt on AEW Dynamite, and Lola Vice securing her spot on NXT. Midday with the Mamas: Love Island Villa Firestorm, Bayley's Contract Clock, & The Ultimate Wrestling Gauntlet 🎆
Happy Fourth of July weekend!
Grab your ice-cold drinks and park yourself by the grill because the Mamas are pulling double shift today. We are serving up a massive plate of reality TV tea before heading straight into the absolute wildest rumors and results shaking up the pro wrestling landscape.
🌴 PART 1: The Love Island Villa is Burning Down
The temperature isn’t the only thing rising this summer, and the Mamas have major thoughts on the absolute chaos taking over the island. We are drawing lines in the sand:
Team KC vs. Team Aniya: Whose side are you walking on?
What is Up with TiTi? Strategy or just erratic behavior?
Casa Amor & The Sincere Drama: Sincere is living up to anything but his name. We are breaking down poor Melanie's heartbreak and why this whole situation has us crying.
📰 PART 2: The Streets Are Talking (Wrestling News & Rumor Mill)
Put on your tin-foil hats because the wrestling rumor mill is completely out of control this week:
Bayley's Contract Countdown: Is the Role Model really heading toward free agency in late 2026/2027, and where do we want her to go?
The Oba Femi Mega-Push: Why WWE reportedly thinks an Oba Femi vs. Roman Reigns clash is "too big" for SummerSlam and is already eyeing WrestleMania 43!
SummerSlam's Massive Expansion: Breaking down the rumored 14-match, two-night mega card, Gunther vs. Nick Aldis, and who Rhea Ripley was supposed to face before her injury.
💥 PART 3: The Universal 5 Gauntlet & Promotional Warfare
We watched an insane amount of wrestling this week across FIVE distinct promotions—Night of Champions, Monday Night Raw, NXT Great American Bash, AEW Forbidden Door, and TNA Slammiversary. We are putting them all through our rapid-fire 5-Question Gauntlet to find the undisputed Match of the Night, the biggest booking head-scratchers, and the stars who stole the weekend.
👑 PART 4: The Ultimate Showdown
We finish it all off by putting our reputations on the line! If you could only watch ONE promotion for the rest of the summer... who gets our undivided attention?
