Welcome to a whimsical journey of colorful language where we'll untangle the taboos that have soiled our societies understanding of sexuality whilst playfully pondering the "why?"
As your host Hummingbird, my intention is to bring vulnerability, creativity, and passion (the triad of sexiness) to topics circulating these concepts.
Expect it to get casual, political, kinky, & intimate - all whilst keeping an open dialogue with the intention of expanding our perspective on the very energy that got us all here.
I'm so f*ckin' hype to be straddling this mind-scape with you. Let's get it~
I just downed a smoothie and this gals sugar levels are poppin' off in this lil pod where we talk about my recent flings, swings, and thinkings around vulnerability.
Vulnerability is one of my pillars when it comes to the grand idea of "what is sexy?" Open that shit up - ya brain box is worth a straddle 😏 And in a world where we're all hiding our secrets, we begin to think that we're way weirder/ un-relatable than whats true. The real truth is that everyones got their shit, and you owning yours is just about the sexiest thing you can do. Finding strength in sharing your vulnerabilities also gives permission to others to spill theirs 😛.
So yes, fuck it up with your strangeness, fantasies, dirty secrets, sad moments of need, and emotional feels. The world celebrates and spins it's stories around our vulnerable depths. And the world needs you to express yours.
Like what you’re hearing? Well that’s super spiffy~.*• Do me a flave and share it with ya friends.

#5 I’m Cumminggg Out
I’mmm cumminnggg out ~ I want the world to know, I gotta let it showwww
Ahhh~ how vulnerable. It’s true! Unlike the 92% of you who replied to my poll, I have NOT had a ho phase. Why is that? Cultural conditioning, high bar standards, trauma loops, validation requirements, and probably all the rest that cums with that sticky bullshit. Umf. This is where my burning core for fixing this shit show stems from. It’s painful.
The truth is that I’m making everything in my life sexy, because the one thing I haven’t made casual is the act of sex itself. And so it hasss spilledddd into the crevices of my everyday life. And simultaneously has become a burning activism passion.
We’re not just making sexy casual. We’re making the casual sexy. We’re bringing intimacy into everything we do. I don’t have all the answers, but I have the fire to find them. Let’s explore and heal this shit together~ 🔥

#4 Fantasies & Infatuations
Oh, hey witches. We back | 2.0.
In this episode we'll be playing with fantasies & infatuation + the difference between intimacy & sexuality. What cums to mind when you climax? I'll be getting a smidge into my freak whilst doing my best to scratch off the cultural shame that comes with fantasizing. We'll also talk on the dangers of infatuation (I know, they're so deep and full of feeling though. Umf.) + the difference between the two.
For many intimacy & sexuality are bonded as one. Do they truly have to be though? Sexuality a form of intimacy, but it's not the only one. Are we looking for intimacy in sexuality and finding ourselves unfulfilled. Are we demanding we that intimacy be present before engaging sexually? We've force married these two beauties in our culture when the truth seems to be that they're pretty poppin' on their own.

#3 I'm Back, Witch 🔮
On this long overdue episode, we gonna get personal.
Stories on falling in love, finding my voice through fiery vibrators, and how celibacy became sexy... (wut...?)
Oh, and it's TRUE. Ya gurl... fell in love. It's been intoxicating, debilitating, infuriating, and awakening... but most of all, it's evolved me into one of the most badass versions of myself I have yet to meet. I'm excited to introduce you.
This here cocktail of an episode is on my personal adventure/retreat of living in love, how we can make DESIRE better have it SERVE us, and my full ownership of being a witch. 🔥
So why do we have this tendency of throwing out the baby with the bath water? I know... because sometimes we can't bare to dissect the good from the upset - the dreams we let ourselves build in our head while blissfully in ecstasy VS the crumbling reality of what is Now. Well I'm here to let you know that you're gonna have to heal it at some point or another, so I'm inviting you to get dirty while its fresh. Honor the sweetness that came from your love, EVEN if it hurts like fuck. Crying is apart of thriving. As The Prophet says
"Pain is the breaking of the shell that encloses your understanding."
Time to have some phat feels & make them werk for you.

#2 Casting Spells~*.+
So I ask you, are you playing victim or are you playing healer?
In this lil podcast here we start with the story of how I discovered energy dynamics by taking on the entity of a promiscuous goat at music festivals, how I’ve used that same energy to protect myself in sketchy situations, and how that energy can be used to stand up against our engrained triggers with the "creepy."
With all these spells being cast, I'm going to pop the important question - "Might there be a double standard when it comes to flirtatious men vs women?" Hmm.
This podcast boils down to communication being the lubrication to our most sought after destinations. That is of course... if you're willing to do the work.
Get your herbs bundles ready, and your fancy mugs cleaned, we're about to start sippin' some discussion tea.

#1 WhaleCum to the Pod 🐋
Starting something is often times the hardest part to do doing the damn thing. So here I present you with my vulnerability (a strength of its own), trippin' over thoughts, and owning my shit on the difficulty of getting this podcast a rollin' (thanks @DanielleGertner.)
Talking on the core concepts I've stumbled upon whilst analyzing our unique culture around sexuality. Bringing to light that you are a sensual being living a sensual life and it's up to you to empower yourself and snatch back the cookie that society has told you that you can't have. 🍪
This episode is just the tip of the quirks, sounds, accents, and general essence of what is to come from this expression. #LetsGetWeird
