Some beginner friendly makeup looks and I finally figured out that tricky cut crease
This episode I delve into the looks of “Audacious”, “Track Star” , “Clear Cut”, “Galactic”, “Portal”, and “Spring Rush.” The first three are relatively beginner friendly makeup looks. The last three are more on the intermediate/advanced level. Only two looks can seem similar to each other, but they really aren’t. I’ve gotten better with my lashes even though some of them were a real struggle. All looks include a bare lower lash line except “Portal” and the first three have a bare waterline and lower lash line. I go through the steps to achieve each look, but they can also be found in our FaceBook Group. Podcasts are published on every other Tuesdays. Let’s try something new and using old makeup looks to inspire new ones
This episode I’m trying something different with the layout of the podcast. I’ve added two new segments: Ask Away and Mini Reviews. These two segments replaced Quote of the Day and Shout out to my subscribers. I also changed the layout of the main content. It’s important you all know what I’m talking about, especially if you find my podcast before the other social media. With that being said, from this point on, I will be giving a visual description of all makeup charts. I delve into the looks “Stunna”, “Plum It Up” and “Mango”. Not contributing and how I never have plans for my makeup looks
This episode I go into detail why I’ve been absent in Makeup Readz. There were personal reasons but also a much bigger one that I wasn’t noticing. We also go into the last three looks: Geometric, Money Moves, and Wavelength/Either Or. None of these looks had a plan when I started and I pretty much just went with flow and let my creativity guide me. Breaking out of my comfort zone; transferring my emotions to art.
Today’s episode we visit the past six looks: “Berry 2x” “Ararauna” “Underworld” “Angered” “Purple Reign” and “Chartreuse”. I’ve noticed I tend to work with the same colors or color palettes and wanted to push myself to try different ones. While not only trying different colors, I experimented with placements and positions of shadows and line work. I essentially stuck to two color choices, its pretty dramatic but the softness of the smokey eye balances that out. This look we’re diving into is perfect for all levels.
