Whats up everybody! Back with a new podcast! For this episode I have Julius Alejandro. Julius Alejandro graduated from SDSU with a Bachelor’s in Sociology and earned a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership. He has over 10 years experience in the nonprofit sector. He is the founder of Village Up a regional initiative to increase diversity and access in the San Diego Innovation Economy. Also, a Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of a tech startup, Dipster LLC. As a leadership and organizational expert, Julius works closely with the entrepreneurship education programs in San Diego. Julius and i discuss getting comfortable being uncomfortable. With Julius' experience in working closely with students, creators, and companies he shares tips on how to best get comfortable in tough situations.

Christian “CV” Vallido is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (and a few hours shy from licensure). San Diego, born and raised and he received his masters from the University of San Diego (USD) and his bachelors from San Diego State Univeristy (SDSU). Currently he is providing therapy for individuals, couples and families at UCSD Health. On this episode we talk about strategies and best practices on how to best handle and manage anxiety and stress.
