[…] Yeah, I mean, there's so much to this human rights piece. And the way it's been conceptualized in the academic literature is you've got the pre-event preparation and there's human rights issues there. You look at stadium building, you look at the labor, and obviously with the Qatar World Cup, 2022, that was a huge issue. And FIFA has now gone on and said, as of 2022, when they started making the considerations for the next World Cup in North America, they were very explicit about the criteria of why human rights should be a key consideration from the very outset. And I'm actually looking over their guidelines here. […]
